How to use your
portfolio workbook.
Choose one of the two examples. Work on your own business and write your own answers. The professional examples are only models; they are not verified business findings.
Return to Portfolio Studio1. Open your working portfolio
2. Save your answers as you work
- Write in the boxes for each chapter and exhibit.
- Work auto-saves to your current browser as you type. Tap the Save button as well.
- Every time you finish a chapter, go to the Submit section and press Download editable backup. This downloads a .json file that stores your typed answers.
- Keep this file in a safe folder, Files app, Google Drive or another place you control.
Very important: Cloudflare hosts the blank workbook, not your personal responses. Your answers are saved only in the browser you used unless you export a backup. Opening the same link on a different device will NOT automatically show your earlier answers.
3. Continue on a different device
- Send or save your latest .json backup to your other device, for example using your own Drive account.
- Open the same Cloudflare portfolio link on the new device.
- Choose the same Marketing Executive or Entrepreneur version.
- Scroll to Submit, select Import backup, and choose your downloaded .json file.
- Confirm your responses appear before you continue typing. Export a fresh backup afterward.
4. Download your finished work as a PDF
Android Chrome: Tap Print student portfolio, and in the print options select Save as PDF, then choose a folder. If nothing opens, try Chrome's browser menu → Share → Print.
iPhone / iPad Safari: Tap Print student portfolio. In the print preview, expand/open the preview, tap Share and choose Save to Files (the steps can differ slightly by iOS version). If printing is unavailable, move your JSON backup to a desktop browser and export the PDF there.
5. Optional: fill in the PDF directly
You may instead download a guidebook PDF and type into its fillable fields. For best results use a PDF app that supports interactive form fields, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Mobile browser PDF previews may not save the filled-in form reliably.
Download Executive PDFDownload Entrepreneur PDF6. Submit your final work
Keep your editable sources and your own backup. Submit your final consolidated PDF using the submission method your professor gives you. Work written inside this website is not automatically submitted.
Avoid putting sensitive personal data into public websites. On a shared computer or tablet, other people using the same browser profile may be able to see your saved draft. Do not press Clear this draft unless you have saved a backup first.
